1.Irumban puli - 1/2 cup
2.Green chillies - 8
3.Ginger - 1 piece
4.Shallots //kunjulli - 10-12
5.Curry leaves
6.Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
7.Turmeric powder - a pinch
8.Salt
9.Podimeen - 1/2 kg
10.Coconut oil - 2 tsp
How to make Irumban puli Podimeen peera
1.For this also use the manchatti or earthen pot for cooking.So in this earthen pot take irumbanpuli ,green chillies,ginger,shallots, curry leaves,grated coconut,turmeric powder and salt.
2.To this add nearly 2 tsp of water and podimeen mix it all well and cook it covered.
3.When all the fish become cooked well add 2 tsp of raw coconut oil to it.
Now the delicious irumban puli Podimeen Peera is ready to be served.
