Ingredients
1.Fish - 500 gm
2.Shallots(kunjulli ) -15 no
3.Garlic - 10 no
4.Ginger -1 piece
5.Green chillies - 5
6.Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp
7.Coriander powder - 3 tsp
8.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
9.Thin Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
10.Mango - 1 medium one
11.Thick Coconut milk - 1 cup
12.Curry leaves
13.Salt
14.Coconut Oil - 1 tsp
How to make Fish Curry
1.Heat the coconut oil in a manchatti or earthen pot,and then add the curry leaves to it.Then to this add the sliced shallots or kunjulli and chopped garlic to it.
2.When it is sauted well add the sliced ginger and green chillies to it .
3.Then add the red chilli powder ,turmeric powder and coriander powder to it.Saute it for another 2 mts.
4.Add the fish pieces to it and then add the thin coconut milk and salt to it.
5.Bring it to boil and then add the mango pieces to it.When the fish pieces is cooked well add the thick coconut milk to it .
6.And allow the fish curry just to boil and then add the curry leaves to it and then turn off the fire.
Allow the curry to get cool and serve it this will add more taste to the curry..........
