Celebrity chefs

I think celebrity chef is more about presentation skills & showmanship and less of culinary skills.I didnot mean to say that a celebrity chef need not know how to cook, but it would mean an expert cook cannot be a celebrity chef unless they are good in presenting themselves.

In th movie moonsoom wedding the kid said that he wanted to become a chef and it was treated as a funny joke.Yesterday on travel and living channel (TLC) i saw a young girl saying she wanted to become a celebrity chef.This is a proof of fact that more people are aspiring to become celebrity chef.

I was curiously looking on different cooking shows on T.V. In Kairali TV there is one programme named " " and also another in amritha t.v Taste of kerala.
