Beef pickle



If i think about making a non veg pickle i will go for beef. Even though i like chicken than beef but in the case of pickle i will chose beef.
Ingredients

Beef - 1 kg
Ginger - 100 gm
Garlic -150 gm
Green chillies -5 or 6
Curry leaves -
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
vinegar - 1/2 cup
curry leaves
oil as needed to fry the beef
Preparation

1. cook the meat with little ginger,garlic ,1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp chilli powder,and salt.
2. Heat the oil and fry the beef and don't allow the beef to harden.
3.Heat 2tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds add ginger, garlic,green chillies and curry leaves and saute it in medium flame ,then add turmeric powder ,chilli powder and mix well.
4.Now add vinegar and salt and allow it to boil and add the fried beef to it if needed we can add lukewarm water to it.And then add fried beef to it and allow it in simmer in another 5 mts.
5.For better life of pickle if you are keeping it in room temperature immerse the pieces in gravy otherwise it will be spoiled.
