Ingredients
1.Duck - 1 kg
2.Onion - 2 big
3.Green chillies - 6 to 7 no
4.Ginger - 2 tsp
5.Garlic - 2 tsp
6.Curry leaves
7.Thick coconut milk - 1 cup
8.Thin coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
9.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
10.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
11.Corriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp
12.Garam masala - 1 tsp
13.Pepper powder - 1 tsp
14.Oil - 3 tsp
15.Salt
Preparation
1. Marinate the duck pieces with salt ,red chilli powder,pepper powder.
2.Then heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions,ginger,garlic,greenchillies,curry leaves and then add the coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala to it and then add the marinated duck to it and mix well with masala.
3.Then add the thin coconut milk to it and cook it .When the duck is almost cooked then add the thick coconut milk to it .Mix well and remove it from fire.
Usually in cooker duck take 20 mts cooking time and to remove the smell of duck during washind add 2 tsp of lime juice to it.
