Egg roast (mutta roast kerala style)





Ingredients

1.
Egg - 3 n0
2.Onions - 3 big
3.Green chillies - 2 no
4.Curry leaves
5.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
6 Coriander powder - 2 tsp
7.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8.Oil - 2 tsp
9.Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
10.Ginger - 1 tsp
11.Garlic - 1 tsp
12.Salt
13.Tomato - 1 no

Preparation

1.Biol the eggs and remove the shells.

2.Heat the oil in a pan and saute the grounded ginger,garlic,green chillies and then the onions and curry leaves to it and saute well.When the onions turns slight brown in color add all powders and salt to it.Mix all these well and then add the tomato into it and saute well.

3.When the gravy is ready add the egg to it and cover with the masala.
