Idiyappam - Kerala style


Ingredients

1.Roasted rice flour - 1 cup
2.Water - 2 cup
3.Coconut grated
4.Salt - 1/2 tsp

Preparation

1.Boil the water in a wide pan when the water starts to boil add the rice flour to it and mix well with a wooden spoon.

2.Knead into smooth dough and make it in to small portion and put it in the idiyappam maker/sevanazhi.

3.Then press it in to the idly plates coated with some coconut on it.You can sprinkle coconut on the top of each idiyappam.

4.Steam it for 10 mts and your idiyappam will be ready .................
