Caramel Bavarian Cream Pudding


1.Milk - 2 cup
2.Hot Water - 1 cup
3.Sugar - 1 1/2 cup
4.Egg yellow - 6
5.Gelatin - 2 table spoon
6.Whipped cream - 2 cup
7.Vanilla essence - 1 tsp


1.Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.

2.Separate the egg yellow and white .And beat the egg yolk with a spoon.

3.Melt the sugar to prepare the caramel.Till it becomes golden yellow in medium flame.To this add 1 cup of hot water to prepare the caramel syrup.When it is done add 2 cup of milk to it.

4.No need to boil the milk just heat it.Turn off the fire .Add little caramel milk to the egg yolk and then mix it with rest of the milk.

5.Again heat the milk and make it in to a custard form.To this add the soaked gelatin and stir it .

6.Beat the frozen whipped cream to make it in to whipped cream.

7.When the milk custard become cool add the whipped cream slowly to it by a spoon.Add the vanilla essence to it and mix it.

8.Pour this to the greased pudding plate and keep in the lower part of the fridge to become set.

Cut it in to pieces and serve it.........................
