Chocolate Trifle Pudding


1.Milk - 1/2 Lr
2.Sugar - 3 table spoon
3.Bread slices - 3 no
4.Mixed fruit jam - 2 table spoon
5.Whipping cream - 1 cup
6.Cooking Chocolate - 175 gm
7.Condensed milk - 2 table spoon
8.Fruits sliced - 2 cup
9.Custard powder - 2 1/2 tsp


1.Keeping 1/4 cup milk aside ,boil rest of the milk.Add sugar to it and mix it well.

2.Mix the custard powder with little milk and mix it well.Add the custard powder mix to the boiling milk.And make it thick like the form of a custard.Add 1/2 cup of whipping cream to this.

3.Melt the cooking chocolate by double boiling method.To this add little milk and condensed milk.

4.Spread jam on the bread,cut the sides of the bread.Then cut the bread in to small slices.

5.Then in a pudding tray first pour the custard mix and then place the bread pieces above it .Pour the chocolate sauce above it.Then on the top place the sliced fruits.

6.Pour the rest of whipping cream on top of it and garnish it with grated chocolate.

Keep it in the lower part of fridge for 1 hr and serve it..............
