Mango chocolate pudding


1.Mango - 1/2 kg
2.Fresh cream - 200 ml
3.Condensed milk - 200 ml
4.Milk - 1 1/2 cup
5.Sugar - 1/2 cup
6.Tea cake - a small one
7.Sugar syrup - 1/4 cup
8.Chocolate Sauce - 1/2 cup
9.China grass - 10 gm


1.In a mixer beat the mango with sugar and condensed milk.Add 100 ml cream to it and beat it again.

2.Soak the china grass in 1 cup of water .

3.Boil the milk ,then in another pan melt the china grass .If needed you can add extra water to the china grass.Then filter it through a stainer and add the filtered china grass to the boiled milk and mix it well.

4.Then pour this milk -china grass mixture to the mango mix and again beat it really well.You can use a blender for this purpose.

5.Then to prepare the chocolate layer mix the chocolate sauce with 100 ml cream and mix it well.You can use whipping cream instead of cream.

6.Then in a pudding tray pour the mango mix first and above this pour little chocolate syrup.Then cover this with the layer of cake and pour some sugar syrup on the cake piece to soak the cake .Above this pour the chocolate syrup then the mango layer.

7.Then keep it in fridge to become set.Make pieces of it and serve it.You will love this pudding.
