Coconut Vanilla Cream Brulee Recipe from Vanitha Magazine




Ingredients
1.Baking bowl small - 10 no

2.Sugar - 3/4 cup

3.Egg Yellow or egg yolk - 5 no

4.Egg - 1

5.Coconut milk - 1 cup

6.Whipping cream - 4 1/2 cup

7.Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

8.Brown sugar - 3/4 cup

Preparation

1.In a bowl beat the sugar with egg yolk and egg till it become white in color and puffy.


2.To this mixture add the coconut milk ,cream and vanilla essence.Pour this mixture in to small bowls and bake it in a preheated oven at 120 to 150 degree for 45 mts.


3.When it becomes cool sprinkle one layer of brown sugar on top of it .


4.Then again bake it in the oven at 200 degree till the brown sugar become black in color. Serve it as hot ................
