Paneer Bhurji North Indian recipe


Ingredients

1.Paneer or Cottage cheese - 250 gms
2.Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
3.Onion - 1 big
4.Tomato - 1 big
5.Green chilly - 6 chopped
6.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
7.Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
8.Oil - 1 tsp
9.Salt
10.Coriander leaves

Preparation

1.Paneer should be grated in to fine form.

2.Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it then add the finely chopped onions and green chilly to it.

3.Add ginger and garlic paste to it and fry it till it becomes brown in color.

4.Then add the chopped tomatoes to it add turmeric powder ,garam masala to it and saute it well.

5.Add salt and grated paneer to it and fry it till the paneer become coated in masala.Add little water if necessary.Add chopped coriander leaves to it....

It is a great combination with roti ,or naan ....
