I make a lot of mistakes in kitchen but i use these cooking tips to get rid of from it .You can also follow these tips in kitchen .

1.If you are making cakes you should take the correct measurement of ingredients .Until the cake reaches to room temperature do not take it out from the baking tin.Do not try to cool the cake under fan it will make the cake too hard.

2.If you are making jam do not use over ripe fruits.Use either Aluminium or Steel vessels to make the jam.Also grease the sides of vessel with butter ,so that the jam would not stick to the walls of the vessel.

3.Put the Soya chunks in hot water for 10 mts before cooking .Then take it out from hot water and wash it in cold water and squeeze it well .

4.Apply little oil or tamarind water in your hands before you cut the green chillies.

5.To give crispness to pazham pori add little corn flour to the mix.

6.If you are preparing gravy saute the things in low flame it will produce nice aroma to the curry.Use ghee instead of oil it will add more taste to curry.Add little sugar to the gravy thiso t will also add taste the curry.

7.Use tomato sauce instead of tomato this will also add more taste to the gravy.

8.If you are using tomatoes use only the red coloured tomatoes for the gravy.
