Pomfret fish in Mustard sauce -Bengali Recipe

Ingredients For Pomfret Fish in Mustard Sauce

1.Pomfret Fish - 1
2.Oil - 2 tsp

Ingredients For mustard sauce

1.Mustard seeds - 4 tsp
2.Green chillies - 2
3.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

How to make pomfret in mustard sauce

1.Clean the fish neatly and cut it in to two pieces.

2.Now make the mustard paste by grinding all the ingredients in mixer.

3.Marinate the fish pieces with mustard sauce and 1 tsp oil.

4.In a pan heat the oil and add the marinated fish in it.Add salt to it and add little water to it and cook the fish covered.

When the sauce become thick turn off the fire.
