Yesterday me my mother in law and grandmother made this sweet dish .As it is little difficult to make ,but i searched a lot in the net and places but didnt find out the recipe or dish.My in law clame that the recipe belong to their family.

Ingredients needed to make Khuraibad

1.Rice white /red - 1 kg
2.Sugar - 1 kg
3.Kalonji/Karim Jeerakam/Black jeera - 50 gm
4.Small Shallots - 4 no
5.Gulab water/Rose water - as needed to soak
6.Ghee - 2 tsp

How to make Khuraibad 

1.Fry the rice in a hot ban without water .

2.Make fine powder of it .

3.Make fine powder of sugar

4.Heat the ghee in a frying pan and then saute the shallots in it,now add the kalonji also to it.

5.Turn off the fire when it necome little cool add the powdered sugar and rice powder to it and mix it well.

 6.Add little roce water to it and mix it well,fill the powder in desired shaped cups and make it.

7.In a pre heated oven bake it for 10 mts.Now it will be ready to eat....
