SIMPLE VANILLA TEA CAKE

This recipe belongs to  mother in law..As a few days back she got a cake order from her friend.She want two kg of tea cake for her grandchildren.And my in law agreed to prepare that cake for them and called me for her assistance.As you guys know that i do not want to spend much time in kitchen.But here the condition was different i have to support her.Let's conclude and get the recipe.This is very easy to make ,ingredient list is also very small.

Ingredients needed to make TEA CAKE

1.Flour -2 cup
2.Baking powder-1 tsp
3.Powdered Sugar-1 1/2 cup
4.Milk-1 cup
5.Butter-1/2 cup
6.Vanilla essence- 4 tsp
7.Egg-2 no

How to  prepare simple vanilla tea cake

1.Mix the butter and powdered sugar well or beat it with an egg beater.
2.In another bowl beat the eggs really well.Add the vanilla essence to this beated egg.
3.Mix the flour and baking powder really well.
4.Add the beaten egg to the butter ,sugar mix .Now add the flour to  it.Mix all the ingredients well.To keep the consistency of cake add the milk as needed.
5.Now in a greased cake mould pour the cake batter.
6.Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 30 mts.
7.Now the cake will be ready to be served.
