Cabinet pudding (Traditional English Pudding)

Ingredients

1.Milk - 1/2 Lr
2.Egg - 3
3.Sugar - 1/2 cup
4.Condensed Milk - 2 tsp
5.Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
6.Butter Cake - 200 gm
7.Tutty fruity - 1/4 cup
8.Raisins -2 tsp
9.Cashew nuts - 2 tsp
10.Glaze Cherries -1/4 cup
11.Rum - 2 tsp

Preparation

1.Cut the cake in to small pieces,and mix the raisins,cashew nuts,tutty fruity ,cherries in a bowl .And soak it in 2 tsp of rum.

2.Heat the milk in a pan no need to boil it,but better if use full cream milk for this.

3.And to this hot milk add the sugar,condensed milk and 3 eggs and mix it well with a fork.And make it in a custard form no need to boil it .Only thing is to mix the whole thing well.

4.Grease the pudding bowl with butter and then add little tutty fruit mixture ,then cakes,then custard mixture again repeat the layers.

5.And in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 degree bake it for 30 - 45 mts.

6.You can serve it as either hot or cold.
