1.Pineapple - 1 big one
2.Banana - 1/4 cup

6.Cashew Nuts - 25 gm
7.Sugar - 1/2 cup
8.Raisins - 1/4 cup

How to make Pineapple pachadi
1.Chop the pineapple in to small pieces,and cut the banana in to pieces.Add water and salt to it and cook it well .Better cook it in a thick bottom pan or uruli.
2.Dry it out if there is any water left.Then add the sugar and cashew nuts to it .When it becomes thick turn off the fire .Then add the raisins and and crushed coconut to it and mix it well.
3.Heat the oil in a pan and splutter the mustard seeds ,red chillies and curry leaves to it .
4.Pour this to the pachadi also add the mustard powder to it .Mix it well and serve it .....
