Sabudana Vada- Dasara or Dussehra Recipies


Ingredients For Sabudana Vada

1.Sabudana (Sago) - 1 cup
2.Potatoes - 1 no
3.Onion - 1 no
4.Green chillies - 4
5.Coriander leaves
6.Curry leaves
7.Rice flour - 2 tsp
8.Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
9.Salt
10.Chat masala powder - 1tsp
11.Oil to fry


How to make Sabudana Vada


1.Boil and peel the skin of potato and mash it really well.

2.Soak the sago or sabudana for 3 hours

3.Mix the potatoes,rice flour,green chillies,sago ,red chilly powder,salt,chopped onion,chat masala,coriander leaves and curry leaves.

4.Make it in to a smooth dough and make small balls out of it and shape it in to the form of vada.

5.Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the vadas till it becomes golden brown in color.

Drain it out from the oil and serve it with chutney ...........
