Ingredients for Mushroom Biriyani
1.Rice - 500 gm
2.Salt
3.Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
4.Water as need
Other Ingredients
1.Ghee - 100 gm
2.Raisins - 50 gm
3.Cashew nuts - 50 gm
4.Onion - 2 no
5.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
6.Coriander powder - 1 tsp
7.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
8.Cinnamon - 1 stick
9.Cardamom - 2
10.Cloves - 2
11.Green chilly - 3
12.Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
13.Tomatoes - 1 big
14.Curd - 1/2 cup
15.Mushroom - 300 gm
16.French beans - 100 gm
17.Carrot - 100 gm
18.Green peas - 100 gm
19.Coconut milk - 1 cup
20.Salt
21.Coriander leaves
Preparation For Mushroom Biriyani
1.Heat half of the ghee in a pan and fry the cashew nuts and raisins .
2.Fry half of the onions and drain it out from the ghee.
3.Add rest of ghee to the same pan and then add cinnamon,cloves,cardamom to and saute it well.
4.To this add onions,green chilly and coriander leaves.
5.Then add ginger garlic paste and when it saute well add tomatoes to it.Then add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder to it.
6.Add curd to it ,then add beans,carrots,and cooked green peas to it.Add coconut milk and salt to it.Cover it with lid and cook it .
7.Half cook the rice by adding water and salt to it.Then drain out the rice from water.
8.In a microwave cooking vessel spread some ghee at the bottom and then one layer of rice and on top another layer mushroom masala repeat it .Cover it with a lid and bake it in the pre heated oven at 200 degree for 20 mts ....
If you want to try it in the gas stove dum it and cook it for 10 mts....
9.Garnish it with fried raisins , cashew nut fried onions
