Chilli Paneer Dry


Ingredients

For marinating the paneer

1.Paneer - 1 cup
2.Salt
3.Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
4.Corn flour - 1 tsp
5.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
6.Maida - 2 tsp

For the masala

1.Oil - as needed to fry the paneer and saute it
2.Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
3.Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
4.Green chilli slitted - 2 or 3
5.Onion cut in to cubes -1
6. Red Chilli sauce - 2 tsp or 3 as you needed it more spicy
7.Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
8.Ajinomotto - one pinch
9.Capsicum cut in to cubes - 1
10.Soya sauce - 2 o 3 tsp
11.Salt
12.Spring onion chopped for garnishing

Preparation

1.Marinate the paneer with ginger garlic paste ,salt ,red chilli powder,corn flour and maida . And fry it till both sides turns golden color.

2.Then keep it aside and in the same pan saute the chopped garlic ,ginger garlic paste ,onions and,capsicum,green chillies .

3.Then turn the flame high and add all sauces to it and mix well also add the pinch of ajinomotto to it and the fried paneer also.

4.Coat the paneer with the masala ...and garnish it with spring onions.............
