Reshmi Paneer Tikka - Microwave Recipe

Ingredients For Paneer Tikka

1.Paneer - 500 gm
2.Capsicum - 1 no
3.Tomato - 1 no
4.Onion - 1 no

For Marination


1.Curd - 1 cup
2.Grounded mint and coriander leaves - 2 tsp
3.Green chillies - 2
4.Garlic paste - 2 tsp
5.Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
6.Red color - a pinch
7.Chat masala powder - 1 tsp
8.Salt
9.Butter /Oil - 1 tsp

Method Of Preparation

1.Mix all the ingredients except oil and then add the paneer and vegetables to it.Keep it in fridge for half an hour.

2.Arrange marinated paneer and vegetables on the high rack.Brush with oil and grill for 15 to 20 mts till golden brown on all sides.

3.Reposition frequently and brush with oil .

4.Sprinkle chat masala and serve with chutney........

Paneer Makhani A Panjabi Recipe


It is the most famous paneer recipe from Panjab.Makhani means rich cream or butter so this dish is prepared in the gravy which is rich in curd.

Ingredients

1.Paneer - 500 gm
2.Tomatoes - 6 no
3.Curd or dahi - 4 tsp
4.Onion chopped - 6 no
5.Chilly powder - 3 tsp
6.Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
7.Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
8.Ginger and garlic paste - 2 tsp
9.Fresh cream - 1 cup
10.Kasoori methi powder - 1 tsp
11.Cumin or jeera powder - 1 tsp
12.Coriander powder or daniya powder - 1 tsp
13.Chopped coriander leaves
14.Butter - 100 gm
15.Salt as needed
16.Sugar - 1 tsp

Preparation

1.Put the tomatoes in hot water for 6 mts so that we can peel out its skin and make puree out of it.

2.Heat 2 tsp butter and fry the paneer in it till it becomes golden brown both sides.

3.Marinate the fried paneer with curd and keep it aside.

4.Melt rest of butter in a pan and saute the ginger garlic paste in it.Add chopped onions to it and saute it well till it becomes translucent.Then add tomato puree to it and bring it to boil.

5.Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder ,jeeera and dhaniya powder to it .Fry it till the butter seperates from it.

6.Add salt and sugar to it.Now add the fried paneer coated with curd to it and mix it well.

7.Add fresh cream and kasoorimethi powder to it and mix it well.Garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with nan or roti...

Paneer Kaju Pasanda A North Indian Dish


Ingredients

1.Paneer or Cottage cheese - 500 gm
2.Cashew Nuts - 15 to 20
3.Onion chopped - 2 or 3
4.Coconut piece chopped - 1 inch piece
5.Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
6.Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
7.Poppy seeds or khuskhus - 1 tsp
8.Red chillies - 5 no
9.Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
10.Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
11.Cloves - 3
12.Cinnamon - 1 stick
13.Melon seeds - 2 tsp
14.Tomato puree - 1 cup
15.Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
16.Salt
17.Sugar - 1 tsp
18. Refined Oil
19.Coriander leaves chopped


Preparation


1.Now we will get the paneer in cube form so don't bother about cutting the paneer.

2.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paneer till it becomes golden brown in color.

3.Then drain out the paneer from the oil and then fry the cashew nuts in the same oil till it becomes golden in color.

4.In another pan dry roast the poppy seeds ,cumin seeds ,coriander seeds ,cinnamon ,cloves ,red chillies and melon .

5.Then grind this along with the onion,coconut,ginger ,garlic and coriander leaves.

6.Heat three tsp of oil in a pan and then add the grounded paste to it and fry it till it separate from the oil.Then add the tomato puree ,salt ,sugar and half cup of water to it and keep it in simmer for 15 mts.

7.When the gravy becomes thicken add the cottage cheese and fried cashew nuts to it.Cook it for another 2 mts and then add the fresh cream to it serve it with nan or chappathi.

Paneer Kesari


Ingredients

1.Paneer - 250 gm
2.Saffron/Kesar - 1/4 tsp
3.Tomato puree - 1 cup
4.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
5.Yogurt - 1 cup
6.Salt
7.Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
8.Ghee - 2 tsp
9.Kasurimethi - 1/2 tsp
10.Almonds toasted and flaked - 5 to 6


Preparation

1.First we have to prepare the saffron needed for the paneer kesari.

2.In a pan heat the ghee then add the tomato puree to it then to this add the red chilli powder and salt.

3.When it becomes boil then keep it in simmer and add yogurt and fried paneer to it.

4.Add the cardamom powder,kasorimethi and soaked kesar to it .Serve it as hot with almonds toasted .

Paneer Cutlet


Ingredients


1.Grated paneer - 200 gm
2.Onion chopped - 1 big
3.Green chillies - 4 or 5
4.Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
5.Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
6.Boiled Potato - 1 or 2 no
7. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
8.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
9.Oil - 1 tsp and as needed to fry the cutlet
10.Bread crumbs - 1 cup
11.Beaten egg - 1
12.Salt


Preparation


1.Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onions to it and saute it well.To this add the chopped green chilliess,ginger,garlic and saute it for another 5 mts.

2.To this add the grated paneer and saute it well, then add the coriander leaves and garam masala powder to it.

3.Then add the mashed potatoes ,salt and turmeric powder.Mix it well.And saute it for another 5 mts.

4.Then make small balls out of it and then dip each these cutlets in beaten egg and then roll it in the bread crumbs.

5.Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry each of these cutlet balls in it.Till it becomes golden brown in color.

Serve it with tomato sauce ..............

Kadai Paneer


Ingredients

1.Paneer - 1 cup
2.Onion - 2
3.Tomato -2 or 3
4.Ginger and garlic paste - 1tsp
5.Capsicum - 1
6.Red chilli broken - 2
7.Coriander powder - 1tsp
8.Cloves - 2
9.Cinnamon - 1
10.Bay leaf - 1
11.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
12.Oil - 2 tsp


Preparation

1.Blend the ginger ,garlic and tomatoes to make the puree.And keep it aside.

2.Then fry the paneer in the oil till both sides become golden color.

3.Saute the onions and capsicum in the same oil make sure not to overcook them.Then remove it from the oil .

4.In the same oil add the cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf,broken red chillies and saute well to this add the tomato puree and cook it till the oil oozes out from it then add the red chillipowder,coriander powder,salt to it and mix well.

5.Then add the fried paneer,capsicum,onions to it and mix it well till it is coated with the masala..

Chilli Paneer Dry


Ingredients

For marinating the paneer

1.Paneer - 1 cup
2.Salt
3.Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
4.Corn flour - 1 tsp
5.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
6.Maida - 2 tsp

For the masala

1.Oil - as needed to fry the paneer and saute it
2.Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
3.Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
4.Green chilli slitted - 2 or 3
5.Onion cut in to cubes -1
6. Red Chilli sauce - 2 tsp or 3 as you needed it more spicy
7.Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
8.Ajinomotto - one pinch
9.Capsicum cut in to cubes - 1
10.Soya sauce - 2 o 3 tsp
11.Salt
12.Spring onion chopped for garnishing

Preparation

1.Marinate the paneer with ginger garlic paste ,salt ,red chilli powder,corn flour and maida . And fry it till both sides turns golden color.

2.Then keep it aside and in the same pan saute the chopped garlic ,ginger garlic paste ,onions and,capsicum,green chillies .

3.Then turn the flame high and add all sauces to it and mix well also add the pinch of ajinomotto to it and the fried paneer also.

4.Coat the paneer with the masala ...and garnish it with spring onions.............

Palak Paneer


Ingredients

1.Paneer - 1 cup/200 gm
2.Palak/Spinach - 2 bunch
3.Kasoori methi leaves powder - 1 /2 tsp
4.Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
5.Tomato chopped - 1 no
6.Onion
7.Green chillies - 3/4
8.Ginger and garlic paste
9.Salt
10.Oil
11.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
12.Coriander powder -1 tsp
13.Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
14.Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp


Preparation

1.Add the spinach to hot water for 2 minutes and make sure not to cover it.And take it out and grind it in mixi with green chillies.

2.Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paneer cubes well and keep it aside.

3.In the same oil add the cumin seed and then saute the onions and when it becomes transculent add the ginger,garlic paste then add the salt and turmeric powder to it then add the chopped tomato.

4.And cook it till the tomato becomes mashed up in to a fine paste.

5.Then add the red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,kasoori methi powder , and the grinded spinach to the masala and cook it for some more time.

6.Then add the fried paneer to it and mix it well .Now enjoy the yummy palak paneer....

Matar Paneer

Ingredients

1.Green peas - 1 cup
2.Onion -2 large
3.Tomatoes - 2
4.Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tsp
5.Paneer -250 gm
6.Chilli powder - 1tsp
7.Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
8.Bay leaf - 1
9.Cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
10.Cloves - 2
11.Cinnamon - 1
12.Coriander leaves
13.Salt
14.Fresh cream - 1/2 cup (optional)
15.Oil/butter - 3 tsp


Preparation

1. Heat the oil /butter and fry the paneer till it becomes golden color and drain it out from the oil.


2.In the same oil saute the onions ,ginger and garlic paste then the tomatoes cook then till when it turns light brown in color.To this add the red chilli powder,turmeric powder ,salt and saute well.Put off the fire and when it cools grind it .


3.In some oil add the cumin seed ,cloves,cinnamon,bay leaf when cumin seeds starts popping out add the green peas to it and saute for 2 mts.

4.Then add the grinded masala to it and cook well .If you needed you can add water to it.When the peas are cooked add the paneer and garam masala powder to it .You can add the fresh cream to it .

5.Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves...............
