Kadai Paneer


Ingredients

1.Paneer - 1 cup
2.Onion - 2
3.Tomato -2 or 3
4.Ginger and garlic paste - 1tsp
5.Capsicum - 1
6.Red chilli broken - 2
7.Coriander powder - 1tsp
8.Cloves - 2
9.Cinnamon - 1
10.Bay leaf - 1
11.Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
12.Oil - 2 tsp


Preparation

1.Blend the ginger ,garlic and tomatoes to make the puree.And keep it aside.

2.Then fry the paneer in the oil till both sides become golden color.

3.Saute the onions and capsicum in the same oil make sure not to overcook them.Then remove it from the oil .

4.In the same oil add the cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf,broken red chillies and saute well to this add the tomato puree and cook it till the oil oozes out from it then add the red chillipowder,coriander powder,salt to it and mix well.

5.Then add the fried paneer,capsicum,onions to it and mix it well till it is coated with the masala..
