Ingredients1.Chicken boneless - 300 gm (cut into strips )2.Bell Pepper /Capsicum - 1 (cut in to squares )3.Green chillies chopped - 2 no4.Garlic chopped - 1 1/2 tsp5.Onion - 2 cut in squares6.Spring Onion - 1/2 cup7.Soya sauce - 1 1/2 table spoon8.Chilli Sauce - 1/2 table spoon9.Refined oil - 2 table spoon10.Corn flour - 1/2 cup11.Pepper powder - 3/4 tsp12.Salt as needed.
Preparation1.Add little salt and pepper powder to it and keep it for 10 mts.Then coat it in the cornflour powder.No need to make a batter from it.Just dust the chicken pieces in the cornflour.2.Heat the oil in a pan and add garlic to it and saute it well.Then add the chicken pieces to it.Saut it for 3 mts then add the green chillies to it and stir fry it.When it become light brown add soya sauce ,and chilli sauce to it.Saute it for another 2 mts and add the pepper powder as needed.Then add the capsicum and onions to it .3.Add pinch of salt and spring onions to it.If you needed you can add the aginomotto.4.Turn off the fire and serve it hot as a starter .............

Ingredients 1.Maida /All purpose flour - 2 1/2 cup 2.Powdered sugar - 6 table spoon3.Milk powder - 2 1/2 tsp (optional)
4.Butter - 200 gm 5.Salt a pinch

1.Milk - 2 cup 2.Powdered sugar - 6 table spoon
3.Egg - 3
4.Gelatin - 1 table spoon5.Cold water - 1/4 cup
6.Corn flour - 4 tsp7.Vanilla essence -1 tsp
8.Milk Chocolate - 150 gm

1.Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water.
2.Mix the butter with powdered sugar by using a spoon.Then add one egg to it and mix it with spoon. Add maida,milk powder,a small pinch of salt to it.
3.Then make a dough out of it just like for the chappathi dough.Then keep it in fridge for 30 mts.
4.After that take a butter paper and place the dough on it ,cover it with another butter paper and then roll it with chappathi roller.Depending on the pie dish you are using the dough shape should be like that.
5.Then remove the butter paper and place the dough on the greased pie tray ,shape the dough with your hand.Using a fork make some holes in the dough.
6.Then we are going to blind bake the dough.Means bake the dough by keeping some weight on its top.Like you can place some soya beans in butter paper on its top.
7.Then bake it in a 5 mts preheated oven at 180 degree for 20 mts .Then take the soya beans out from it and then bake it again for another 15 mts.
8.Then take it out from the pie plate. Preparation of the filling9.Beat three egg yolk with 3 tsp powdered sugar and corn flour.
10..Then heat the milk in a pan .And add this hot milk to the above mixture.And boil it again to form the custard.Take 1 cup out from this custard mixture.And to the rest add the soaked gelatin and melt it.Then add 1 tsp of vanilla essence to it.
11.Then melt the chocolate by double boiling and add 1 cup of custard and 1 tsp of vanilla essence to the chocolate.
12.Pour the chocolate sauce to the baked pie and keep it in fridge for 10 mts to become set.
13.Beat the egg white with a egg beater and add 3 tsp of powdered sugar to it.Mix this with the rest of vanilla custard.Fold in very slowly using a spoon.
14.Then pour this to the already set pie chocolate base and level it using a spoon.Keep it in fridge for 6 to 7 hours to become set.15.Then by using 1 cup of whipping cream you can again fill the top.And after filling the top garnish it with grated chocolate. (or you can skip this step)
16.Keep it again in fridge for another 30 mts so that the whipping cream layer to become set.Then you can cut it in the form of wedges.
Pan cakes are thin ,flat round cake prepared from a batter and cooked in butter.Some use yeast for fermentation but here i am using baking powder.Pan cakes can be served as a break fast item or even a snack item.It can be served with jam ,cream ,chocolate cream.

Preparation1.Smash the banana with a spoon.Or beat the banana in a mixer.2.Separate the egg white and yolk.And beat the egg yolk.3.Mix the maida flour with baking powder.4.Then in another bowl take the beaten banana , add the powdered sugar, egg yolk to it.Mix it well.Then add 1 1/4 cup milk to it and mix it well.5.Then add the maida ,baking powder mix to it .Then add the almond powder to it.Add a pinch of salt to it.6.Beat the egg white and mix it slowly to the batter.7.Melt some butter in a pan and pour one spoonful of batter to it.No need to spread the batter.When one side become cooked turn the side and cook the other side.

Ingredients
1.Dark chocolate grated - 120 gm
2.Milk maid \Condensed milk - 1 tin
3.Sugar - 3/4 cup
4.Butter with out salt - 50 gm
5.Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Preparation
1.In a pan add the milk maid ,sugar,butter and stir it in low flame .Stir it till it becomes separated out from the pan.Or it should become soft ball consistency.you can test it by adding drop of it in cold water and if you can makes soft balls out of it.
2.Then turn off the fire and add the grated chocolate ,and vanilla essence to it and make it in to the fine paste by stirring it.Mix it well with a spoon.
3.Then in a greased tray pour the mixture and level it with a spoon.Keep it in the lower part of fridge and you can cut it in to square pieces.And you can keep it in air tight containers.

Ingredients 1.Chilled instant coffee - 2 cup 2.Chocolate ice cream - 2 cup 3.Whipped cream - 2 cup Preparation 1.Make the coffee with any kind of instant coffee powder by adding 2 tsp sugar to it. 2.Then to the chilled coffee add 2 cups of chocolate ice cream and mix gently. 3.Then beat the whipped cream to make it soft.And add 3/4 th of it to the coffee mixture 4.Then in a glass pour the coffee mixture and top of it should be filled with rest of the whipping cream. 5.You can garnish it with grated chocolate................
